Blueprint was developed during my invitation as a guest artist at the Losari Batik Foundation (Yayasan Losari) in Yakarta and the village of Genawang, Jambu, Central Java, Indonesia. There, I explored traditional batik techniques and natural plant dyes under the curatorial guidance of clay artist Nixon J. Beltran.

Working alongside local artisans, I engaged with batik as both as cultural practice and a living tradition shaped by the landscape and it natural materials. Losari is a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable community development through education, women's enpowerment, and the preservation of cultural heritage.
